Apar GuptaWorld Wide Web Consortium (W3C) the main international standards organization for the World Wide Web will be opening an office in India. Contemporaneously with the launch of the office a two day conference will also be organised to spur India’s participation in the development of standards. It is also reported that W3C will work in tandem with Indian Regulatory agencies such as the TRAI.
