Oxford-India Media Law Moot Court Competition

The Oxford Price Moot Competition this year has an Indian qualifying round. The problem for the competition deals with issues of censorship through licensing conditions of Internet Service Providers.  It also c0ncerns issues of content regulation and chilling effects. What is interesting is that the competition asks for an application of  basic international (and EU) human rights documents,  US and Indian Supreme Court precedent. I expect the contentions which are devised with such a rich diversity of sources to search for, (a)  common threads running through different legal systems; and (b) be highly novel especially with Indian Supreme Court precedent.
